Oracle Corporation Philippines seeks a senior sales leader with responsibility for regional sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

You will manage and develop a team of sales representatives, recruit and train new reps on the Oracle sales process, negotiate price and terms, and participate in strategic planning to grow the territory and revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or regional sales
• English language proficiency
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Responsabilités

• Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process
• Sells and promotes Oracle products to customers including negotiating price and terms
• Develops and executes territory plans to maximize revenue and forecast revenue monthly
