Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or related field
• At least 3 years in IT/related field
• 1–4 years in IT/Network/System/DB Admin or equivalent
• Strong Java and distributed systems knowledge; Redis-based design
• Experience with MySQL and Oracle databases; indexing and optimization
• Willing to work extended hours and Saturdays
• Location: Cebu City

Responsibilities

• OS installation and support for regional employees
• IT technical support for office software and desktop faults
• Troubleshooting office network faults in region
• Support for new staff (OS install, software, access activation)
• Information security audits and data handling per policy
• Maintenance of public network devices and regional office assets
• Asset management and procurement follow-up in regional office
• Local carrier network application, fault reporting, and reminders
• Information Security Coordinator duties and audits
• Other administrative support tasks
