Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, engagement, and data management.
• Willing to travel and support both office-based and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and implements store HRM programs and activities for the year and as needed based on corporate HR direction.
• Coordinates companywide employee programs for the assigned Regional Business Unit.
• Supervises documentation of manpower movements (regularization, transfers, promotions, confirmations).
• Facilitates store transfers with department managers and Salary Admin Officer.
• Manages regularizations and promotions ensuring proper examinations and approvals.
• Processes resignations with exit documents and coordination with Payroll/Benefits.
