Job summary

Notified, an affiliate of Equiniti Group, is seeking an HR Business Partner in the Philippines. Based in Makati with a hybrid work model, you will partner with leaders across APAC to align people strategies with business goals.

You will advise on employee relations, performance, talent development, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and group policies. Growth-focused, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience supporting multiple units/locations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across APAC markets including PH, AU, SG, HK.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness.
• Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, DE&I, and engagement support.
• Support leaders through change initiatives, helping to implement and communicate people strategies that drive business results.
• Investigate and help resolve employee and management concerns, guiding policies and employment legislation.
• Advise managers on performance and behavioural matters, collaborating with HR teams when required.
• Contribute to engagement, change management, onboarding, and other people-focused initiatives.
• Analyse trends and recommend solutions to improve capability and employee experience.
