Job summary

FCM Asia is seeking an HR Executive to deliver regional HR Operations support across Asia. The role partners with leaders to drive recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers in multiple markets.

You will handle JML, contracts, HR policy updates, and reporting in Workday, while aligning with local labour laws. The position offers a collaborative team culture, opportunities to influence people initiatives, and growth across the Flight

Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of professional HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Philippines labour law and local HR practices
• Experience handling employee relations matters
• Multi-country or regional HR support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR Operations support across Asia
• Draft contracts, policies, and HR documents
• Maintain HR information in Workday and records
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding
• Lead employee relations and disciplinary matters in PH
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws
