Job summary

FCM Asia, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking an HR Executive in Dumaguete, Philippines to deliver day-to-day HR operations across Asia, partner with regional HR teams, and drive recruitment, employee relations and compliance initiatives. The role handles local policy implementation, onboarding and payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional HR experience in a generalist or operational HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines labour law and basic employment law for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Experience in handling employee relations matters.
• Exposure to multi-country or regional HR support is an advantage.
• Maturity and tact in dealing with individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR Operations support across Asia region.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and Workday documentation.
• Draft and maintain employment contracts, job descriptions, handbooks, forms and policies.
• Coordinate onboarding, JML processes, and HR reporting as needed.
• Lead Philippines employee relations and compliance with local laws.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.
• Assist with training rollout of global and Asia-wide initiatives.
