S.E.A Olympus Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive growth for its healthcare facility and fixture solutions across Luzon and Visayas/Mindanao.

You will build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and project owners, conduct product presentations, and push for favorable specifications during early design stages. The role requires coordinating with the Sales Operations team for quotes and orders, maintaining CRM records, and traveling to client sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of Sales Operations or Business Development experience.
• Background in construction materials, healthcare products, or industrial products is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willing to travel outside assigned region.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.
• Conduct market research, mapping, and prospecting activities.
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, architects, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and secure product specifications during project planning/design stages.
• Close deals and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales Operations team for quotations, order processing, and delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline records and submit regular activity & accomplishment reports.
• Forecast revenue opportunities and track project status.
