Job summary

ZALORA is seeking an Associate Director of Non-Trade Procurement to lead sourcing across IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, and Logistics. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance across multiple countries while partnering with Finance, Legal, and business units.

The role requires 7–10 years in procurement, regional experience, and strong negotiation skills to deliver value in a multinational e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor/supply chain management.
• Experience in regional/multinational e-commerce, retail, or tech environment is a plus.
• Proven track record managing complex sourcing projects, high-value contracts, and supplier negotiations with measurable cost savings.
• People-management experience with engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the non-trade procurement strategy.
• Create annual procurement plans based on business priorities and budgets.
• Establish category strategies for IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, Travel, Professional Services and Logistics.
• Own contract lifecycle management and supplier risk management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the non-trade procurement team and promote cross-country consistency.
