Job summary

CHUAN KOK HARDWARE PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Singapore to drive growth in hardware and machinery segments. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, present solutions, and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

The role requires excellent communication, a proven sales track record, and willingness to travel within the region. A diploma or degree in Sales or Business is advantageous, with proficiency in CRMs and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably hardware/machinery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Present and demonstrate hardware and machinery products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and transactions using the company's sales management systems
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer support
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and strengthen market presence
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
