Job summary

Henry Professional Hardware Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in the hardware sector. You will prospect new hardware clients, develop markets, present to clients, negotiate, and close sales.

The role requires field visits, strong networking, and the ability to translate ideas into revenue. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in hardware sales are preferred, with a focus on achieving monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales/business development experience.
• Experience in hardware, door hardware, construction materials, building materials, or related industry preferred.
• Proven ability in prospecting, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and sales strategies.
• Creative, innovative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to conduct field sales and client visits.
• Existing industry/client network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new hardware clients, dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project accounts.
