Job summary

OneConnect Financial Technology is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to promote its technology solutions to banks, insurers, and other financial institutions in Singapore.

You will build a strong customer pipeline, nurture relationships, and guide end-to-end RFP cycles while presenting compelling materials to demonstrate value. The role requires collaboration with the delivery team and strategic market insight development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B technology solution sales experience, with banks or financial institutions preferred.
• Ability to manage entire sales cycle and RFP processes; consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell OneConnect’s technology solutions to banks, insurers, and financial institutions in Singapore.
• Build a strong pipeline of customers and projects; maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle for RFPs of varying sizes and complexity; prepare and present sales materials (PowerPoint, Excel) to demonstrate value.
• Coordinate with delivery team to manage customer expectations during project implementation; maintain frequent stakeholder communications.
• Provide feedback to product team and drive customization; build market intelligence in target markets.
• Achieve productivity and revenue targets; contribute to product growth in assigned geography/accounts; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coach junior sales and pre-sales staff; develop a high-performing sales team over time.
