Job summary

DWS in Manila seeks a Regional Finance Analyst to support Head Office financials, including disclosures and statistical forms. You will prepare manual journals in SAP S4 Hana, perform reconciliations, and assist with period-over-period analyses while collaborating with stakeholders.

The role requires a accounting/finance background with CPA preferred, strong Excel skills, and experience with AI-enabled workflow tools. Mid-shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred.
• Experience in accounting, audit, or finance within financial services or BPO.
• External audit experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana and MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows with controls.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with stakeholder management.
• Motivated and ready for a challenging role with responsibility.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and data-driven decisions.
• Amenable to a mid-shift (2pm–11pm).

Responsibilities

• Prepare manual journals in S4 Hana or existing General Ledger platform.
• Submit Head Office disclosures and quarterly statistics forms.
• Complete MRP, balance sheet substantiation, and sub-ledger reconciliation; period-over-period comparisons.
• Provide ad hoc journal postings, investigations, and report preparations.
• Manage ad hoc requests and stakeholder/escalations; seek improvements.
