Job summary

Lomography Manila is seeking an Accountant/Finance Controller/Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations in the Philippines and support Asia-wide activities. This role involves managing accounting functions, cash flow, and reporting across multiple regions.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting/finance, 2+ years’ experience, and strong English communication skills. Onsite work in Makati is required with occasional travel to other Asia Pacific offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years in relevant roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Experience in cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across regions and cultures.
• Willingness to dive into regulatory requirements across countries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• PowerBI knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Chinese language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting for Manila operations.
• Assist regional finance controlling across Asia.
• Support subsidiaries' admin topics with local F&A staff.
• Monitor cash flows for optimal performance.
• Maintain regular updates with F&A teams in Manila, HK, Austria.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and key metrics.
• Analyze expenses and perform basic cost control.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Support preparation of financial statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
