Job summary

RAYOMAR MANAGEMENT, INC. in Makati is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds an Accounting/Finance degree, CPA is preferred, with at least five years in finance in a supervisory or managerial role. The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to oversee monthly closings, government reporting, and coordination with tax authorities.

Qualifications

College degree preferably with Major in Accounting, Business or Finance.
CPA licensure is preferable.
Minimum five years experience in finance-related work in either a Supervisory or Managerial Capacity.
Strong leadership and administration, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations for assigned units.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and studies as required by Management.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures and statutory reporting.
Coordinate with tax authorities on relevant matters.
Lead and supervise the Finance Department and personnel.
Ensure receivables and payables are processed on time and cash is properly accounted for.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for external reviews.
