Coforge Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Finance Manager – Controllership to lead vendor and revenue accounting, month-end closing, and compliance activities from Manila. The role requires 6–8 years of related experience and a strong grasp of controllership and financial controls.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end accounting processes, drive process improvements, coordinate with audit teams, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in a 100% onsite setup.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit and controllership with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in P2P, R2P, vendor and revenue accounting, and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and internal controls governance.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Accounting & Payments: manage end-to-end booking, validation, and processing of vendor invoices with AP and onsite teams.
• Revenue Accounting & Collections: oversee revenue booking with AR and finance teams; ensure accurate recognition and timely billing.
• Month-End Closing: ensure timely booking of expenses, provisions, accruals, intercompany entries, and close activities.
• Variance Analysis & Reporting: prepare variance reports and provide insights to management.
• Audit & Compliance: prepare schedules for internal and statutory audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure policy adherence.
• Financial Reporting & Reconciliations: prepare schedules and packs for P2P and R2R; ensure accuracy of reports.
• Statutory Compliance: support tax and regulatory reporting requirements and audits.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities for automation and strengthen controls across finance processes.
• Business Support: provide extended support during month-end/quarter-end close to ensure timely reporting.
