The position involves evaluating partner capabilities, analyzing new product sourcing proposals, and providing executive-ready updates.

• Project management capability to deliver key SCJ programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for cross-regional PMO activities and collaborate with Engineering Director and senior leadership.
• Prepare insightful analyses and executive-ready updates for regional priorities across LATAM.
• Contribute to Design for Manufacturing and define project scope to support capacity and manufacturing capability across sites.
• Represent LATAM Engineering in Tech Reviews, RAP Meetings, and related routines across the region.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in long-term operations, obsolescence, and line OEE.
