Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading property management company in the Philippines for an Elevator SME to be based in Makati. The role is onsite and requires handling elevator/escalator technical matters, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring safe operation as procedures are applied.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical/ECE, be a registered engineer if possible, and possess at least 10 years of related experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or ECE engineering.
• Preferably a licensed/registered engineer (Electrical or Mechanical).
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of genset theory, operations and maintenance.
• Experience with elevator/escalator systems is required.
• Willing to travel to site and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Mainly responsible for all elevator and escalator technical matters, including designs and concepts.
• Coordinate with the general contractor and equipment vendors during installation.
• Inspect, evaluate and accept the assigned equipment prior to turnover to property manager and operations.
• Monitor the assigned equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee safety and standard operating procedures, trainings and seminars.

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest property management company in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking for an Elevator SME. The job is an Onsite Set Up, office is located in Makati, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Elevator SME will be the point person for all elevator and escalator technical matters. The candidate will oversee troubleshooting related to elevator and escalator, monitoring assigned equipment, close coordination with contractors and equipment vendors and inspection, evaluation and safety and standard operation procedures.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Mainly in charge of all elevator and escalator technical matters which includes: Designs and Concepts.
• Close coordination with the general contractor and equipment vendor during installation
• Inspection, evaluation and acceptance of the assigned equipment prior to turnover to property manager and operations.
• Monitoring of the assigned equipment.
• Will oversee Safety and Standard Operating Procedures, Trainings and Seminars.

Key job requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, ECE
• Preferably a registered Engineer either electrical or mechanical.
• At least 10 year(s) experience in the related field is required.
• Knowledgeable in genset theory, operations and maintenance.
• Strong practical and application of skill and knowledge of site facilities equipment,
