RAM Food Products Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Field Sales Manager to develop General Trade business in the region and lead sales operations.

The FSM will manage distributor partners, grow current accounts, deploy and optimize route-to-market, and drive GT KPIs, inventory, and financials across the region. Strong leadership, negotiation, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate with bachelor's degree.
• 3–5 years FMCG sales experience handling distributor and sales operations.
• Strong distributor management, negotiation, and sales analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and people management.
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word.
• Willing and capable of performing field work.

Responsibilities

• Manage RAM distributor partners and territorial business in the region.

Purpose of the position:

Field Sales Manager (FSM) is key sales position responsible for the development of General Trade business in the region and managing sales operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RAM distributor partners (RDP) and territorial business in the region which includes development of route-to-market needed in the region.
• Sustain and grow business of current distributor partners.
• Deploy, transition and re-deploy RDPs as the need arises.
• Achievement of GT KPI’s: sales target, buying accounts & distribution target, product & category target, and execution of trade and consumer marketing plans.
• Manage inventory, bad orders, returns, payables/receivables of RDPs in the region.
• Development of GT strategic plans in the region and conduct business reviews (BR) with RDPs.
• Coordination with both RAM internal and external stakeholders: branches, supply chain, warehouse & logistics partners (WLP), etc. to ensure GT and RDP business development.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• College graduate with bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience handling distributor and sales operations.
