Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of multiple store clusters, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support cluster and store managers in achieving sales targets, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance and address operational challenges.
• Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and drive profitability across clusters.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
• Recruit, train, and mentor cluster managers and store leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence across all clusters.
• Ensure a consistent and superior customer experience across all stores by maintaining high service and operational standards.
