Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand direct sales and margins within assigned accounts and territory. You will establish relationships with key personnel and meet targets for profitable sales and growth.

The role requires frontline field experience, excellent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed to cover North/South India markets and related medical product portfolio within the IOS product line.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of successful outside sales experience or a dental technician background.
• Bachelor’s degree in dental, engineering or equivalent education.
• Prefer sales experience selling into life science, medical device, or dental field industry.
• Must be fluent in English language; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Demonstrate ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company products.
• Demonstrate professional sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient using MS Office is an advantage.
• Open to travel.

Responsibilities

• Providing effective instruction on the company’s IOS Sales products and/or related services to enhance the client’s organization.
• Frontline sales responsibilities working with existing IOS customers and IOS prospects in an account-based management environment to drive business via co-travel and events and build dealer relationships.
• Secure clinical support at the office-level, support educational, technical hands-on assistance/training, co-hosting training/events and new business development activities.
• Ensure seamless organizational rollouts to enhance the overall customer-centric approach and experience.
• Aggressively support new business.
• Pilots, and assist in closing business in assigned product portfolio with a time-sensitive sales cycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned software and IOS products with knowledge of all aspects of solutions/products.
• Support new prospective IOS customers, cultivating/maintaining customer base in an account-based management environment.
• Execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory, North / South India sales markets and understand our product portfolio in a medical area to achieve sales results.
• Have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape to compete effectively.
• Maintain a monthly Bowlers/KPIs for Sales Targets.
