Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks an experienced sales professional to grow direct sales and profitability within assigned accounts and territory. Build professional relationships with customer personnel and meet targets for sales and margins.

The role involves meeting dentists and implantologists, managing orders with CS/finance/logistics, and driving business development with T&E/Marketing teams across regions. Requires 5+ years in medical devices sales and postgraduate qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Medical Devices sales, preferably in an MNC.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to independently manage large geography.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and execute actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle Individual Customers and key accounts.
• Strong sales track record and value orientation.
• Good understanding of the local language.
• Postgraduate qualification; BDS and Management Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving sales in the assigned territory.
• Align with internal teams to complete self-trainings on product, process, and compliances.
• Plan travel within/outside the territory as needed.
• Analyze and plan strategies for implementation in the territory.
• Meet implantologists/dentists to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts for steady sales.
• Manage order processing with CS, finance, logistics for timely closures.
• Coordinate with finance AR to ensure collections and reconciliations.
• Provide product demos and assist in live cases; handle assets safely.
• Plan and execute business development activities with Marketing teams.
• Place orders for customers and coordinate with CS for order release.
• Conduct market research and report market opportunities.
• Maintain CRM reports in real-time.
• Hand-deliver priority orders and shipments.
• Manage failed implants replacement process.
