Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Area Manager to drive collections across assigned clusters. You will oversee Field Supervisors and Field Officers, ensuring adherence to processes and achievement of monthly targets.

The role requires motorcycle ownership, a valid license, and at least 3 years in field collections with 2 years in a supervisory capacity. You will coordinate with HR and collections management to optimize performance and team development.

Qualifications

• Own a motorcycle with ORCR/Deed of Sale.
• Must know how to drive motorcycle with driver's license.
• At least 3 years’ experience in field collection, familiar with assigned region.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Area Manager or Senior Supervisor.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drives collections for specific clusters/areas and aligns performance with targets.
• Conduct visits to check Field Collectors and Supervisors work; motorcycle preferred.
• Visit local offices to ensure alignment of processes and goals; lead team meetings.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to assigned Supervisors.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and set goals with supervisors.
