Job summary

Best World International is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support market intelligence across key regional markets and align brand messaging with product launches. You will assist in preparing briefs, decks, and sales enablement content for events, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across content, performance marketing, design, product management and legal.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in brand coordination, market research or marketing support roles.
• Proactive self-starter with ownership and genuine interest in brand, beauty or wellness.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise reports.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and brand positioning across key markets.
• Conduct regular competitive audits covering product messaging, channel strategies and consumer perception.
• Source, consolidate and synthesize strategic insights reports for cross-team access.
• Assist in developing brand and product positioning documents, messaging frameworks and sales enablement toolkits.
• Prepare internal briefing materials, pitch decks and sales enablement content for external-facing and regional events.
• Assist in developing naming and product copy for new launches.
• Monitor regional marketing outputs for messaging consistency and brand tone alignment.
• Manage logistics for brand submissions including award programmes, sponsorship applications and brand recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate regional product launch initiatives and strengthen cross-market collaboration.
• Manage the trademark registration process for trademarks and marketing terms, working with the Legal team from proposal and review through approval and registration.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverable tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative & Design, Product Management, Legal) to align briefs, deadlines and approvals.
