Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a regional Brand Strategy & Marketing Manager to support regional brand planning, analytics and campaigns across markets. You will work with country teams and cross-functional partners to grow brand presence and performance.

You will translate regional guidelines into practical tools, monitor performance across markets, and help identify growth opportunities and risks with insights from consumer trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational consumer, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience in cross-functional projects or regional initiatives is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support regional brand strategy, performance analytics, campaigns, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with country teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive brand growth.
• Develop and implement regional brand strategies and annual plans for country teams.
• Monitor brand performance, dashboards, and growth opportunities across markets.
• Coordinate regional campaigns and cross-market projects and timelines.
• Work with Innovation, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Role Overview

• Supports regio nal brand strategy, performance analytics, campaign/project management, and consumer insights , while working closely with country teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive brand growth across markets.
• Regional Brand Strategy & Marketing: s upports the development and execution of regional brand strategies and annual plans, translating them into practical guidelines and tools for country teams.
• Business Performance & Analytics: m onitors brand performance, financials, market share, and competition across markets. Consolidates business reviews, develops dashboards and analyses, and identifies growth opportunities and risks.
• Regional Campaign & Project Management: c oordinates regional campaigns and marketing materials, manages cross-market projects, tracks timelines and deliverables, and shares best practices across countries.
• Market & Consumer Insights: w orks closely with country teams and Consumer Insights to understand local market needs, consumer trends, research, and brand health, translating these into actionable recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: p artners with teams such as Innovation, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure regional brand initiatives are effectively executed.

Candidate Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant course
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience , preferably in a multinational consumer, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical company
