Responsibilities include leading branch managers, monitoring sales data, conducting store visits, coordinating with departments, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supermarket operations, or multi-branch management.
• Experience handling multiple branches or store operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledgeable in sales analysis, inventory management, and operational reporting.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork across assigned branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple store branches within the assigned area.
• Monitor branch sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all stores comply with company policies, standards, and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Manage and support branch managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and manpower requirements.
• Resolve operational concerns, customer complaints, and employee issues promptly.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth operations and alignment of goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, minimize shrinkage, and maintain stock levels.
• Submit operational and performance reports to management.
• Assist branches during manpower shortages or urgent needs.
• Ensure branches achieve targets.
