Job summary

But First Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple branches in the Bacolod region. You will conduct regular branch visits to ensure cleanliness, quality, and adherence to standards, while coaching Store Supervisors and coordinating with HR for staff development.

You will monitor sales performance, inventory, and waste, lead cross-functional collaboration, and prepare reports for management. Travel within the assigned area is required.

Qualifications

• Preferably residing in Bacolod City.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management in food service or QSR.
• Proven multi-site management experience.
• Strong background in restaurant operations including manpower, sales, inventory, and service.
• Knowledge of operational standards, food safety, and policy implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop branch managers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to conduct regular branch visits and travel within the area.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform branch visits to assess store conditions, workflow, and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, procedures, and customer service guidelines.
• Monitor daily store performance, sales, inventory, and waste.
• Provide on-site coaching to Store Supervisors and crew.
• Support HR in onboarding and development of store personnel.
• Address crew concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Training, and Operations for store needs.
• Prepare Field Visit Reports and track performance metrics.
• Respond to urgent operational issues and implement corrective actions.
