Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year business-related degree.
• 2–3 years of account acquisition and management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Directly interface with prospective accounts by phone and/or email, demonstrating knowledge in product, competitors, industry, and more.
• Recognize client pain points and provide recommendations and solutions based on product knowledge.
• Overcome prospective customer objections effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize sales processes and drive business revenues in assigned area, including upselling products and initiating account-specific promotions.
• Create and maintain relationships with partners in assigned verticals/areas.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes and requirements while coordinating with Compliance and Operations.
• Ensure policies and procedures adhere to corporate standards.
• Understand accounts' contribution to revenue and maintain healthy financial standing.
