MicroSourcing is seeking a Refunds Support professional to handle timely and precise processing of customer refunds, working remotely on a mid-shift schedule in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes accuracy in refunds and discounts, with daily tasks to meet internal SLAs and clear collaboration with Payment Services Providers and the Refunds Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in accounting, familiarity with reconciliation and refunds, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year experience in Accounting.
• Experience in accounts reconciliation and refunds management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer refunds accurately to meet productivity metrics.
• Maintain high accuracy in refunds and discounts processing for end customers.
• Ensure daily case work to meet service level agreements.
• Communicate with Payment Services Providers/Billing and Refunds Manager for issues.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Billing and Refunds Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer refunds to achieve productivity metrics.
• You will put a keen eye for the computational details with a high level of accuracy in processing refunds and discounts to end customers.
• You will ensure that cases are worked on daily to meet internal service level agreements.
• You will communicate with Payment Services Provides/Billing and Refunds Manager for issues encountered.
• You will perform other related duties as assigned by the Billing and Refunds Manager

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Accounting
• Experience in accounts reconciliation and refunds management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
• University degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
