Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage core AR tasks, ensure timely customer payments, and support monthly closing processes.

Ideal candidates hold a finance or accounting degree with 3–5 years of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail for a remote, day-shift role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounts receivable role.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform core accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile Additional Billing trackers.
• Ensure customer payments are recorded timely and reconciled with bank transactions.
• Calculate revenue accruals at month-end.
• Assist in the month-end closing process.
• Prepare price increase letters as required.
• Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned.
