AB Business Support Services in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an AR professional to join the Finance AR Team. You'll handle account cleanups, reconciliations, settlements, matching, refunds, credit memos, and sales invoices, ensuring timely postings and accuracy.

You will work on Jira tickets daily to meet SLAs, raise issues promptly, and support AR leads with related duties. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in back-office finance and a degree in business, finance, or accounting.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in refunds, billing, accounts receivable or similar back-office finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Willing to work on shift aligned to client’s time.

Responsabilidades

• Process and post invoices, credit notes, payments and refunds.
• Complete and accurate Accounts Reconciliations.
• Work on Jira tickets daily to meet internal SLAs.
• Raise and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the AR Leads and Managers.

About the role

You will be part of the Finance AR Team, focusing on account cleanups / reconciliation such as Settlements, Matching, Refunds, Credit Memos, Sales Invoice and raising a flag where unusual data is noticed.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post invoices, Sales Invoice, credit notes, payments and customer refunds in a timely and accurate manner
• Complete and accurate Accounts Reconciliations
• Work on Jira tickets on a daily basis to meet internal service level agreements
• Raise and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the AR Leads and Managers

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  

What we are looking for

• At least 2years in refunds, billing, account receivable, payment disputes , or a similar back-office finance role
• Bachelor's degree in any filled. A business, finance, or accounting background is an advantage
• Willing to work on shift aligned to the client's time.
