Job summary

Citi is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 in the Philippines to monitor, validate, and archive complex legal and reference data related to bilateral trading agreements. You will work with Legal, Credit Risk, and Middle Office teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in financial reference data management or a high-precision data quality environment within a global financial institution.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain exemplary data accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex documentation and translate terms into database parameters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify bilateral trading documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements and SFT/GMRA/MSLA/MSFTA, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Execute high-precision data entry and validation within contract management systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve documentation discrepancies and system exceptions; perform root-cause analyses.
• Serve as primary operational contact for Legal, Credit Risk, and Middle Office teams to facilitate onboarding of trading agreements.
• Oversee digitization, indexing, and archiving of executed legal agreements in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in initiatives to automate workflows and strengthen control frameworks.
• Acts as backup for manager and provides guidance to team; supervise juniors to ensure delivery.
