Job summary

Citi in Manila is seeking an Intermediate Analyst for Reference Data Services. You will open and maintain customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups and ensure data accuracy across systems.

You will coordinate with global teams to maintain a consistent reference data model, verify regulatory compliance for new client relationships, and handle complex processing escalations while building broader business context.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain customer sub-accounts or product pricing setups; keep data up to date.
• Liaise with global teams to follow a globally consistent reference data model.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations for new client/product relationships.
• Verify client/product details from regulatory and control perspectives for institutional accounts.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and complex processing.
• Deliver daily project work and escalation management; develop broader context knowledge.
