Job summary

LAdmins is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to guide hiring for a growing interpretation, translation, and transcription services company serving U.S. clients.

You will lead a team of recruiters, while remaining hands-on with sourcing and engaging passive candidates who rarely apply to postings. You will collaborate daily with our U.S.-based team during PST hours, requiring strong leadership, clear communication, and proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on U.S. recruitment experience, including headhunting and full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage a diverse pipeline across U.S. markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters to improve pipeline quality.
• Source and engage passive candidates via direct outreach; manage pipeline visibility.
• Oversee screening, assessments, and data-backed recommendations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview schedules across time zones and ensure high-touch candidate experience.

We're looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to guide our hiring efforts for a growing interpretation, translation, and transcription services company serving clients across the U.S. You'll lead a team of recruiters through full-cycle recruiting for senior-level roles, while staying hands-on yourself with sourcing and engaging the passive, hard-to-reach candidates who never show up in a job posting. You'll collaborate daily with our U.S.-based team during PST business hours, so strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive mindset all matter here.

What you'll do:

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters, setting clear expectations, reviewing pipeline quality, and helping the team grow their sourcing and screening skills.
• Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach rather than job postings alone, identifying and attracting top talent across U.S. markets and seniority levels, and keeping candidate tracking accurate for reliable pipeline visibility.
• Candidate Vetting & Screening: Conduct or oversee in-depth screening interviews to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, manage assessments before advancing candidates to hiring managers, and provide clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
• Full-Cycle Logistics & Candidate Experience: Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and ensure candidates receive timely communication and a high-touch experience from first contact through final decision.
• Offer & Pre-Employment Administration: Lead the offer process, including offer extensions and negotiation support, coordinate background and reference checks, and ensure a seamless handoff to the HR Coordinator for onboarding.
• Recruitment Workflow & Process Development: Take the initiative to build and continuously improve structured recruitment workflows — sourcing sequences, screening criteria, and interview-to-offer processes — that raise consistency, speed, and candidate experience across the team.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on U.S. recruitment experience, with a strong background in headhunting and full-cycle recruiting, including prior experience leading or mentoring other recruiters.
• Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms, ATS, Google Workspace, and VoIP softphones for U.S.-based communication.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive, senior-level candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
• Ability to work consistently during PST business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
