Job summary

• Coordinate interviews, driving tests, and practical assessments with Operations and Fleet.

About the role

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified drivers and helpers to support the company's daily logistics and trucking operations. The role ensures that manpower requirements are filled on time and that applicants meet the company's qualifications and employment requirements.

Key responsibilities

Source and recruit Light Truck Drivers, Heavy Truck Drivers, and Helpers through job portals, social media, referrals, and manpower agencies.

Post job vacancies and respond to applicant inquiries.

Screen applicants based on qualifications, driving experience, license restrictions, and job requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants' experience and availability.

Coordinate interviews, driving tests, and practical assessments with the Operations and Fleet departments.

Monitor applicant status from application to hiring, onboarding, and deployment.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, including applicant details, interview schedules, hiring status, and expected reporting dates.

Coordinate with manpower agencies and other recruitment sources to meet driver and helper requirements.

Follow up with qualified applicants regarding interview results, job offers, and reporting schedules.

Assist in collecting and checking pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents.

About you

Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management
Preferably with experience in recruitment, especially for drivers, helpers, or other logistics personnel.

Knowledge of driver license classifications and trucking recruitment requirements is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple applicants.

Willing to work on-site and coordinate with operations teams and manpower agencies.
