MED-METRIX INTERNATIONAL PH-I, INC. is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build a strong pipeline, and maintain timely communication with candidates.
The Recruiter performs the end-to-end recruitment process i.e., from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, track recruitment performance, and manage communication with candidates. The Recruiter sources candidates from various channels, conducts interviews, and uses assessment tools to evaluate a candidate’s suitability. Additionally, the Recruiter maintains the company’s employer brand, participates in Talent Acquisition initiatives, and contributes to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Executes and owns the full-cycle recruitment of Med-Metrix’ roles (i.e., from Level 1 to Level 3 positions) which include sourcing (posting, resume mining/networking), interviewing, assessment, scheduling with hiring managers, conducting job offers, updating reports and liaising candidates to interviews.
Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with potential candidates to effectively generate leads through external sources.
Manage internal and external job postings through online channels, and other relevant channels and effectively generate and convert leads.
Explains requirements and duties to candidates, screen candidates, and maintain a good relationship with all candidates and potential hires.
Assist in onboarding new hires being the go-to contact for the candidate from when they are recruited to when they start in their new role.
Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts.
Responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager in stakeholder management.
Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need.
Provides input to the recruitment process, reviews, and identifies areas for improvement, and suggests new strategies to bring about increased efficiency and effectiveness of the Recruitment function.
Establishes cordial and professional working relationships with other internal and external groups/organizations to ensure recruitment activities align with the fast-paced and continuously changing business demands.
Ensures accuracy of applicant data and update information in the candidate database or Applicant Tracking System.
Uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information.
Work with the team to achieve goals and hiring requirements.
Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct, emulating the Med-Metrix values.

Perform additional assignments and participate in special projects as required by the needs of the company or as directed by management.
Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Above average English communication skills.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in high-volume recruitment (BPO or healthcare preferred)
Has in-depth knowledge of behavioral interviewing and technical screening techniques.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
Agile, can work independently in a fast paced & metric driven environment.
Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.
Strong attention to details and accuracy of data.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of call center operations, organization, and client-specific functions such as account handling, metrics and client applications.
Work Set-Up: Onsite
Work Schedule: Day or Midshift; must be flexible to accommodate business needs.
