Work set-up: Full time onsite
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find potential candidates.
Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Building Talent Pipelines: Develop a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute strategies to attract diverse and skilled candidates.
Employer Branding: Promote the organization as a great place to work through outreach efforts like job fairs and online presence.
Collaboration: Work with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
