Job summary

This onsite role supports marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and brand initiatives in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

You will collaborate with Creatives, PR, and Product Development to execute campaigns, monitor KPIs, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Coordinate with internal teams including Creatives, PR, Digital Marketing, and Product Development to support smooth campaign execution.
• Help prepare marketing content while ensuring brand consistency.
• Help monitor campaign progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in preparing campaign reports and post-campaign evaluations.

Marketing Operations Management

• Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and promotional timelines.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and workflow coordination
• Help identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure proper documentation of campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives

Digital Marketing & Community Engagement

• Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, e-commerce platforms, and affiliate programs.
• Coordinate influencer and affiliate partnerships
• Monitor community engagement and customer feedback
• Support the preparation of marketing assets, product information, and campaign briefs

Brand Management

• Help maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
• Coordinate with creative teams to support high-quality marketing content
• Support initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
