This role includes commission for every successful recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and recruit livestreamers, hosts, and performers for TikTok and other platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talents and talent agencies
• Handle screening, onboarding, and coordination of new livestreamers
• Develop creative and consistent recruitment strategies to grow JOYA’s livestreaming team

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred, but not required)
• Confident, friendly, and strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated to meet recruitment targets
