The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a charismatic presence on camera. Responsibilities include hosting shows on platforms like Facebook Live and YouTube, maintaining live interaction with viewers, and promoting products or events. This full-time position is based on-site in Pasay, Philippines. The selected candidate will also have opportunities for training and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Host live shows, events, or streaming sessions on various platforms.

• Maintain live interaction with viewers (responding to comments/questions, acknowledging audience participation).
• Promote products, services, or event features when required.
• Work with the production team to follow broadcast flow and cues.
• Ensure smooth transitions and energy throughout the live session.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical and on-air issues with the support team.
• Represent the brand professionally and align with company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live shows, events, or streaming sessions on platforms such as Facebook Live, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other broadcast media.
• Greet audiences warmly and set the tone of the broadcast.
• Introduce segments, guests, products, or topics clearly and confidently.
• Maintain live interaction with viewers (responding to comments/questions, acknowledging audience participation).
• Promote products, services, or event features when required.
• Work with the production team to follow broadcast flow and cues.
• Ensure smooth transitions and energy throughout the live session.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical and on-air issues with the support team.
• Represent the brand professionally and align with company values.
