Care BPO / V360 Global Solutions Inc is seeking an NDIS Recruitment Officer to own the full hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding, working entirely from home for an Australian client. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for support workers and care staff, ensuring compliance and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have healthcare recruitment experience, strong English, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualificações

• Recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or disability support.
• Familiarity with Australian NDIS recruitment and worker screening requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisation and time management to juggle multiple vacancies.
• Confidence with MS Office, recruitment platforms and ATS.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for NDIS support workers and care roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews and assess fit for disability support work.
• Coordinate interviews and update the Australian client throughout the process.
• Verify qualifications, employment history, references and compliance docs.
• Track onboarding and maintain recruitment records.
• Build a talent pool for future vacancies.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and progress updates for the client.

About the role

You'll own the full hiring cycle for support workers and care staff, working directly with the client to keep their workforce strong and compliant, all from home. This is an outsourced recruitment role for an established Australian NDIS provider.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for NDIS Support Workers and other care-related roles, from sourcing through to onboarding
• Find great candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Review applications, run initial interviews, and assess each candidate's suitability for disability support work
• Coordinate interviews and keep the Australian client updated throughout the process
• Verify qualifications, employment history, references, and required compliance documents
• Track candidate onboarding and keep recruitment records accurate and up to date
• Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates ready for future vacancies
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and progress updates for the client

About you

• Recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, disability support, aged care, or a related industry
• Familiarity with Australian NDIS recruitment and worker screening requirements (a strong advantage)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple vacancies and deadlines
• Confidence with Microsoft Office, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems
