Qualifications

• 10–15 years of recruitment experience.
• 3+ years in construction and project management consulting.
• 2+ years in an in-house/client-side recruitment setup.
• Experience recruiting across APAC (Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam Singapore, Australia).
• Proficient in ATS like Taleo and Phenom; data‑driven recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive talent sourcing across sectors and align strategies with growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment with capability, behavior, and culture alignment.
• Drive diverse sourcing strategies using digital platforms, networks and internal pipelines.
• Facilitate internal mobility and referral programmes to strengthen capability and engagement.
• Oversee ATS management, compliance and recruitment governance per law.
• Partner with TA Leader for APAC to build high-performing teams and external partnerships.
• Meet target numbers of endorsements and placements for the year.
• Present regular recruitment progress reports to BU's and Programme Leaders.
• Maintain talent pooling for multiple APAC countries.

We are seeking an ambitious, self-starter to join our talent acquisition team in Manila. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading proactive talent sourcing across different sectors, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs and growth objectives.
• Partnering with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment, ensuring capability, behavioral and cultural alignment.
• Driving diverse sourcing strategies, leveraging digital platforms, networks and internal talent pipelines.
• Facilitating internal mobility and referral programmes to strengthen workforce capability and engagement.
• Overseeing ATS management, compliance and recruitment governance in line with legislative requirements.
• Partnering with our TA Leader for APAC to build high-performing teams, building external partnerships and contributing to performance insights and reporting.
• Meeting all the target numbers of endorsement and placements for the year.
• Presenting regular recruitment progress reports to BUD’s and Programme Leaders.
• Maintaining strong talent pooling for multiple countries in APAC.

You’ll need to have:

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience working in recruitment, with a solid understanding of both local and global market.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and project management consulting industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an in-house/client-side recruitment set up.
• Experience in recruiting across different countries in APAC (Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Vietnam Singapore and Australia).
• Extensive senior-level recruitment, assessment and offer management experience.
• Proven capability delivering end-to-end hiring for complex roles.
• Proficient in ATS platforms like Taleo and Phenom and data-driven recruitment practices.
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-phasing environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capability.
• Strong English communication skills is a must.
• Knowledge in using Phenom Pro and Power BI is a plus.
