Job summary

Outstaffer.AI is seeking a recruitment professional to own client accounts across Australia and APAC from the Philippines. You will manage requisitions end to end, build a pre-qualified talent pool, and map market insights to drive successful placements.

You will partner with internal teams and drive delivery with a relationship-first approach, leveraging AI sourcing tools to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in permanent recruitment or contingent staffing (agency, RPO or fast-paced B2B).
• Owns client accounts and builds relationships, not focused on new business.
• Proven track record building a talent pool in specialist markets.
• Manages pipelines and meets billing or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ATS/CRM habits and data accuracy.
• Enthusiasm for AI sourcing tools and digital platforms.
• Candidate must be located in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end: intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers, onboarding handover.
• Be your clients' go-to partner by understanding their business and hiring plans.

Job description

This role is built around account ownership rather than new business development. You'll look after an assigned portfolio of clients across Australia and Asia-Pacific and act as their main point of contact for hiring. You'll manage each recruitment project from requisition through to placement. Outstaffer's AI-powered tools will support you along the way.

What You'll Do

• Deliver end to end. You'll take every requisition from intake through sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer, and onboarding handover, and you'll be accountable for the result.
• Be your clients' go-to partner. You'll get to know their business, their teams, and their hiring plans well enough to spot the next role before they raise it.
• Build a warm talent pool. You'll map your specialist market and nurture top candidates ahead of demand, so you can fill roles from a pre-qualified pipeline instead of starting from zero.
• Become the market expert. You'll give clients salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and insights that set Outstaffer apart.
• Coach and champion candidates. You'll prepare them for interviews and offers, and keep them engaged between roles.
• Work as part of a team. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Client Success Managers, and leadership to grow accounts and sharpen delivery.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in permanent recruitment or contingent staffing, in an agency, RPO, or fast-paced B2B environment
• A track record of owning client accounts and building relationships, rather than new business development
• Proven experience building a talent pool in one of the specialisations above
• Experience managing pipelines and hitting billing or revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ATS and CRM habits, with a meticulous eye for accurate data
• Enthusiasm for AI sourcing tools and digital platforms
• Candidate must be located in the Philippines.
