Job summary

Alsons/AWS Information Systems Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter for direct hire roles.

You will collaborate with department managers to define role requirements, source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding while tracking hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proficient in hiring, recruiting, and sourcing.
• Experience in interviewing and evaluation techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Experience in talent acquisition or HR preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Identify Hiring Needs: Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements, set criteria, and write clear job descriptions.
• Sourcing Talent: Advertise open roles on job boards and networks, search databases for passive candidates.
• Screening and Vetting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, tests when needed.
• Interviewing: Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
• Offers and Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate terms, complete onboarding paperwork.
• Reporting: Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports to leadership.

• Recruitment Specialist/ Technical Recruiter - Direct hire

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years experience in Technical and end to end recruitment.


• Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing qualified candidates.


• Experienced in conducting effective and professional Interviewing and evaluation techniques.


• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.


• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.


• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.


• Amenable to work onsite in Banilad, Cebu.
