Job summary

Alsons/AWS Information Systems Inc is recruiting a Recruitment Specialist/Technical Recruiter for our Cebu office. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, sourcing passive candidates, and coordinating interviews to fill roles onsite at Banilad, Cebu City.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in technical recruitment, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS. Onsite work in Cebu is required, with opportunities to contribute to hiring metrics and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in technical and end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient in hiring, recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates.
• Experience in interviewing and evaluation techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is advantageous.
• Experience in talent acquisition or HR is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/ Psychology/ Business Administration or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs with department managers to define role requirements and write job descriptions.
• Source talent by advertising roles on job boards, social media and company career pages, and search databases for passive candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screenings, and administer skills or logic tests.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers to assess fit.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, complete onboarding and assist with orientation.
• Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years experience in Technical and end to end recruitment.
• Proficient in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing qualified candidates.
• Experienced in conducting effective and professional Interviewing and evaluation techniques.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Amenable to work onsite in Banilad, Cebu.
