Job summary

Comrise in the Philippines is seeking a talent acquisition professional specializing in US recruitment to join our night-shift operations aligned with US business hours.

The role targets candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles across multiple requisitions, requiring 2+ years of experience, strong sourcing, and proficiency with ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search. This is in a fast-paced RPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of US recruitment experience or BPO experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and/or non-clinical healthcare roles strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a BPO,RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.

Job description

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requistions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Working knowledge of US healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
