Comrise in the Philippines is seeking a recruiter to support US healthcare recruitment from Quezon City. The role focuses on nursing, allied health, and healthcare administration requisitions, requiring a background in HR-related fields and relevant experience.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of US recruitment experience or BPO experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for clinical and/or non-clinical healthcare roles (e.g., nursing, allied health, healthcare administration) strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in an BPO,RPO, staffing, or agency recruitment environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
• Working knowledge of US healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
