Job summary

HyperVR Games is seeking a recruiter to own the full hiring process—from sourcing to signed offers—in a fast‑growing VR studio environment.

You will search, source, and headhunt for specialists and leaders, manage job descriptions across platforms, and coordinate interview processes to deliver a smooth candidate experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Own the full hiring process from sourcing to offer and continually improve how we hire.
• Search, source, and headhunt strong candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels.
• Create and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate and run the interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and grow a warm candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements based on data.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help with day-to-day People Operations tasks such as vacations, birthdays, internal announcements, and team activities.
• Notice problems, remove blockers, and proactively improve recruitment processes.

• Own the full hiring process, from sourcing to signed offer, and continuously improve how we hire;
• Search, source, and headhunt strong candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels;
• Create and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms;
• Coordinate and run the interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers;
• Maintain and grow a database of warm candidates for future hiring needs;
• Track, analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements based on data;
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Help with day-to-day People Operations tasks such as vacations, birthdays, internal announcements, and other team activities;
• Notice problems, remove blockers, and improve recruitment processes proactively.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical, specialists and leaders (Unity, Marketing specialists, Producers, 3D Artists etc.);

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills;
• Experience building and maintaining a warm candidate pipeline;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment processes;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Russian and English language skills;

Nice to have:

• Experience with ATS;
• Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, etc.
