Job summary

A leading investment firm in Metro Manila is looking for a dedicated professional to manage the recovery and disposal of Non-Performing Loans. Responsibilities include negotiating with clients for repayments, preparing account briefs, and conducting due diligence. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business and 2 years of experience in finance or real estate, along with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in the finance or real estate industry is required.
• Possessing a driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recovery / disposal of Non-Performing Loans acquired from various banks/financial institutions through, restructuring, and other means / out of the box recoveries/resolutions
• Prepares account briefs and strategize for commercial resolution
• Negotiate with clients/borrowers for possible repayment scheme and/or full settlement
• Conduct due diligence in Courts, government, or private offices
• Conduct asset search and skip trace as needed
• Coordinate with in-house and external counsels on the litigated accounts, as well as accounts for legal action
• Handles execution of Court decisions in favor of the company.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, or Equivalent
• Driver’s license, and a willingness to drive, a big plus for this position
• Excellent Interpersonal and negotiation skills, plus an ability to work under pressure in a customer oriented environment
• At least two (2) year\'s experience in the finance or real estate industry
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
• Can start immediately
