Job summary

The role is responsible for managing assigned collection agencies and ensuring that flow rates, lagged and coincident delinquencies of 90-179 days past due accounts are within desired parameters, minimizing gross credit loss while maximizing recoveries from written-off accounts.

Role Exposure:

• Expand your knowledge and skills on how to effectively manage external Collections agencies

• Elevate your relationship management skills as you assist clients by providing them the best payment options, while ensuring that dues are paid

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder; a graduate of any business course

• At least 1 year of collections experience from a credit card company, bank or collection agencies is an advantage

• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge on collection systems and policies/procedures is an advantage
