Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or related field.
• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain storage of master copies of records and RFSD forms.
• Assist branches with records transfer and retention schedules.
• Schedule and manage records pick-up and transport to records center.
• Classify records and maintain inventory of record boxes.
• Verify and supervise pull-out of records for disposal.
• Oversee shredding of obsolete records and recycling of disposed files.
• Update computerized index and process retrieval requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on retrieval fees and reminders for unreturned records.
